Ndumiso Mbonisi Mhlongo
Founder & Director | NH Healthcare Academy
Ndumiso Mbonisi Mhlongo is a seasoned Professional Nurse, healthcare manager, educator, entrepreneur and community leader with more than 16 years of experience in the healthcare sector. His professional journey spans clinical nursing, nursing education, healthcare management, facilitation, leadership and community engagement.
His passion for education, skills development and entrepreneurship led to the establishment of NH Healthcare Academy, with the vision of creating opportunities for people to learn, develop practical skills, grow professionally and build sustainable careers and enterprises within the healthcare sector.
Ndumiso believes that education should go beyond obtaining a qualification. It should empower people with the knowledge, practical skills, confidence and entrepreneurial mindset needed to create opportunities for themselves and others.
Through NH Healthcare Academy, he seeks to contribute to the development of competent, compassionate and entrepreneurial healthcare workers who can make a meaningful difference in their workplaces, families and communities.
